The Awakening Stage is the fourth stage of Thrive and the first to use the Strategy Mode. The stage isn't implemented nor in development. The Awakening Stage uses the Tech Editor.
Gameplay
The stage begins when the player's species achieve sapience. There is no other noticeable changes in the game other than the ending of the evolution for the player species.[1]
NPC species can't transition to the Awakening Stage before the player because of the huge time difference between the stage and the previous one.[2]
